Scott Hale established Sybarite Lifestyle Management in 2003 to bring exceptional operational standards, training, and service to a high-net-worth clientele.  Our expertise in leading teams to deliver innovative and intuitive service in elegant residential settings makes Sybarite Lifestyle Management unique.

A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Scott’s career includes experience at some of the most celebrated luxury hotel brands in a variety of management roles with both Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts and Regent International Hotels.  He led the front-of-house staff in Chicago and served as Executive Housekeeper in Washington, DC.  In New York, Scott opened a landmark five-star property and while specializing in food and beverage service, orchestrated some of the city’s most high-profile events in an iconic 12,000 square-foot ballroom.

In 2002, Scott transferred his talent for managing prestigious hotel operations (and the people who make them a success) to private service when he became the Estate Manager for a Beverly Hills family. Next, as the Managing Director of a national domestic staffing and training firm, he consulted for clients nation-wide. This involved the careful selection and meticulous training of estate managers, butlers, personal assistants, nannies, housekeepers, laundresses, chefs, and other family office staff and domestic positions. In 2006, Scott turned his focus exclusively to managing residential projects for a small, private client group. 

Scott was based in Beverly Hills for 15 years and is now headquartered on the East End of Long Island.
